First ISO 9001 certification
In order to provide the best quality products and service to our clients, the management launched a “Quality” action plan in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard.
This approach, started in 2002, aims at increasing awareness and each employees’ involvement. BOM INDUSTRIAL VALVES wants to be sure that each employee feels responsible in the Quality of our provided services and in our Clients’ Satisfaction.
The profession standards continuous changing and the willingness to provide a premium service encouraged us in undertaking that approach.
So as to properly carry on this project, the management created a Quality department.
Its first objectives were to design, implement and monitor the quality processes and documentation. Internal audits were conducted, including the measure of our clients satisfaction.
The certification body AFAQ audited and certified ISO 9001 : 2000 BOM INDUSTRIAL VALVES, on April, 2nd, 2003.
